OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client looking for a first line support to strengthen their team. Our client is one of the leading companies within game development, and you will in this role belong to a small team of 7-10 persons that works with support and collaborate closely with each other. When new in your role, you will get an introduction with 2-3 more senior colleagues that follow up through your first time.

This is a consultant assignment, full time for six months. There are good opportunities to be extended on the assignment, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The position suits you who have a great interest in computer games and would like to work closely with helping your colleagues with IT related problems that occur. You will be part of a team that works with both first, second and third line support.

For example, you will:

* Meet your team for a stand up every morning to set a plan for the day
* Handle incoming IT related problems, both via email and from colleagues
* Communicate with the different teams and help them with incoming errands
* Pass on more complex errands to second and third line support

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have good knowledge within IT, Windows, Mac, Linux and Microsoft offerings
* Have basic knowledge about how network and server functions
* Have a great interest in computer games
* Have very good knowledge within English, both written and spoken language
* Are familiar with group online communications and collaboration tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Office and Azure

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have previous experience from IT support, certifications in Windows/Office365 and are fluent in the Swedish language

As a person, you are meticulous but at the same time effective in order to succeed in the position. You see the importance of improvements, both within the team and in work processes. It is important that you are a good communicator and have high collaboration skills and want to help your colleagues, since you will have a lot of communication and cooperation with others.
