At the moment we are looking for the right person to fill an opening as Software Engineer in our Firmware Applications team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Firmware Applications Team is a new team within the Research & Development (R&D) department. The team will be responsible for developing applications and add-ons on top of the Linux Firmware Platform. This means taking an overall responsibility for the specified areas regarding roadmap, development, architecture, competence and quality. The team will work very closely with parallel teams and with Product Management to build a common firmware distribution for our whole product portfolio and to build system solutions for the market. We work in an agile environment using Scrum and Kanban.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you have a Master's degree in computer science or equivalent and experience in C programming and embedded systems. It is an advantage if you are used to Linux as you will work with development of functional and architectural additions and enhancements within the application platform. As a good communicator you have very good skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
