Job description:
As a Senior .NET/C# (operation software engineer) you will be part of a team that is responsible for operations, infrastructure, performance and scalability of our SaaS system. We work in a highly collaborative environment as a Scrum team which means that what you do might vary over time depending on your skill set and interests.

Examples of work that you might be doing:
? Assist in designing architecture for extreme traffic and data volumes
? Develop software in performance critical parts of our system
? Optimizing code to improve performance
? Configure and tune infrastructure and third-party software
? Monitor and analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues

Required skills:
? 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in .NET/C#. Knowledge of C++ is a bonus
? Experience in code optimization with the help of profilers
? Experience in architecting scalable and highly available web applications
? Strong algorithmic skills and experience in applying design patterns
? MySQL, Hadoop/Hive and NoSQL competence is a plus
? Computer administration experience on Windows or Linux is beneficial
? Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, network protocols and load balancing is a plus
? Excellent communication skills
? Fluent in English, other languages a merit
? MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
