Senior Camunda expert with a passion for BPM

The Business Process Automation team is on a journey to build modern capabilities and services to enable process modeling, mining & analysis, orchestration, and automation on an enterprise scale. We provide services across different products and platforms with the aim of enabling end-to-end process management. Our ambition is to enhance the time to value and the quality of implementations, by providing self-service capabilities, accelerators and top-class technical advisory and support.

REQUIREMENTS

You should know back-end development with Java and Spring Boot in terms of coding, testing, tooling, deployment, and operations. In addition, you should be a Camunda and BPMN expert. Experience in using Google Cloud services and Bizagi Modeler is a plus.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you have several years of experience with BPM projects in larger enterprises and ideally as part of a center of excellence team. You are able to make the complex look easy and you can comfortably discuss business requirements and high-level concepts, as well as getting hands-on with architecture and coding. We value leadership and action and expect that you take lead on optimizing and promoting the capabilities and services within the area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be working physically and/or virtually in fully empowered and agile teams. Together with the Business Analyst and Engineering Manager you will ensure that we deliver an optimized service based on the latest technologies and drive a competitive advantage for our consumers.
• You will design and own the technical architecture and standards for the products and platforms, and you will advise and educate in ways of working & architecture design for other engineers, encouraging good practices to meet consumer expectations.
• You will design and implement self-service capabilities, platform extensions, reusable components and tools, and automations of the governance and administration processes.

We’re a small team based in Malmö/Helsingborg/Älmhult but a mix of local and remote work is not a problem. We are quite autonomous, self-organizing and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together.

We are passionate about providing services and support to enable fast time to value, where fast feedback is enabled by automation and data analysis. We are responsible for the things we build throughout the whole life-cycle, which means operations is an important part of our work.
