To support the future growth at Lendo, we are currently looking for an outstanding and motivated UI/UX designer who has a passion to create exceptional design with an eye for detail. You will be working mostly with UI but also with some UX design; closely with our UX Lead, collaborating with stakeholders across different markets, gaining user insights and conceptualizing ideas for new and existing services. Your work will be with deliveries and design solutions that have a strong focus on creating the best digital customer experience of our products, actively contributing to Lendo’s continued growth.
In this role, you will:
- Work with UI & UX design that will help us strengthen the satisfaction of our customers across different markets
- Create the visual design, the look and feel of products
- Design user interfaces, components and work with responsive design
- Also work with UX design, gathering user requirements and being hands on in preparation of sketches, prototyping and testing
- Create solid design with attention to simplicity and user friendliness
- Work with the developers and challenge them to create great solutions
- Share insights and expertise with the UI/UX community across the entire Schibsted organization
We believe you have:
- Experience with UI & UX design projects that have made a difference for the end users
- Knowledge with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar
- Good communicative abilities, able to clearly present your ideas for stakeholders through high-fidelity prototypes
- An understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices
- Practiced working with design as an iterative process, continuously improving and changing
