Siri AB is a Consulting company offering IT and product development services since 2011 with offices in Malmö(Sweden), Gothenburg(Sweden), Stockholm(Sweden), Düsseldorf(Germany) and Hyderabad(India).
We are looking for Senior CAE Engineers to work in one of our customer’s projects.
You will be working in team who is responsible for the NVH integration of the electrical propulsion system and the climate system. Team is responsible for the sound and vibration development of bushings, stiffness of structures, fans, blowers, HVAC air distribution and also related functional calibration. Our customer department consists of two scrum teams with both test and CAE analysis engineers.
The work consists of linear and non-linear modelling of e-motor installation in complete vehicle models targeting low/mid/high frequency sound and vibrations. The main working tools are Altair/NVH Director, Optistruct and Ansa where the candidate needs to have good knowledge.
Main responsibilities/Tasks:
- Perform NVH simulations using the FE simulation tool Altair/NVH Director
- Participate in car program teams and communicate analysis results and guide the design work from an NVH perspective
- Participate in the requirement setting of the NVH attribute at system level
- Participate in the development of improved or new methods and guidelines
- Participate in implementation of solutions in the vehicle/engine/driveline
Requirements:
- Competencies/Experience in structural dynamics and/or acoustics
- Good knowledge in Altair/NVH Director, HyperMesh, Optistruct, Ansa, Python, Matlab and MS Office
- Bachelors or equivalent degree
Good to have - Requirements:
- Working experience in Agile methodology
- Master’s degree
