TATA Technologies Nordics AB is now looking for Software developers with background on Chassis - Body Control to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities:

Understand the nature, scope and viability of proposed task/project and plan his/her work

Interact with product/project management to participate in developing the requirements for designing of software modules

Design and Develop software modules for devices supporting automotive protocols.

Integration testing with device and various host systems, report generation and maintenance support. Static code analysis.

Create various artifacts like requirement specifications, design document, test reports.

Handling release management, code versioning and back up.

Requirement Gathering from RFQ Documents.

Requirement Documentation, Analysis and Project Planning.

Project Scoping.

Architecture Modelling

Modelling of the Functions in Simulink.

Test Case / Harness generation

Validation/Verification - Manual and Automated in Simulink.

Report Generation - Automated Report Generation skill is an added advantage.

Deployment in specified Hardware.

Validation on bench and vehicle level.

Team Management.

Delivery Management.

Knowledge/Skills:

Must have prior experience in ISO 26262

Expertise in C/Embedded C programming skills, MISRA standards is added advantage.

Experience in developing embedded software for various 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers.

Expertise in bootloaders, system software libraries, and device drivers.

Experience in Bus communication like SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN.

Experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems

Experienced with Vector tools like CANoe, CANape, CANdela etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills

Must have knowledge of SCRUM\ AGILE Process

Tool Knowledge:

Matlab Simulink, HIL Systems, Vector CANOe/CANalyzer, Requirement Analysis Tools

Domain Knowledge:

Body Domain, Simulink Modelling, Automotive Electrical/Electronic Systems, Systems Engineering, Diagnostics

Knowledge in Chassis Systems would be an added advantage.
