About the role

As a Product Designer, you will have a unique opportunity and the freedom to influence the product’s direction and development. You will join an amazing design team of 5 people and help together to build a better product.

On a daily basis, designers at Quinyx are the true “context providers” to their teams: they continuously use qualitative and quantitative research to participate in defining the scope of our different functionalities, facilitate co-design and ideation with the team (product managers, engineers, QA), and produce visual files to document that process until implementation.

What you’ll be doing

- Working closely with product managers, proactively defining the best research practices and setting up a well-documented context for the rest of the delivery team.
- Conducting user and stakeholder interviews from discovery to usability testing.
- Facilitating problem-solving decisions with the delivery team. Discussing opportunities, solutions, improvements in an agile context.
- Refining our market-leading user experience, working with the rest of the design team to build a consistent and best-in-class UX/UI.
- Processing ideas from the wireframe stage into a pixel-perfect execution, including prototypes and animation.
- Improving processes and sharing skills/knowledge within the different teams you will be part of delivery teams, design team and more globally be an active part of the Product/RnD department.
- Animating workshops with the rest of the organisation to share our discoveries, ways of working, and strategies. Be an excellent communicator, and receive feedback from various stakeholders.

- Experience working in product design, with a focus on user research in an agile environment.

- Focus on the bigger picture and work hands-on with design tasks at the same time.
- Comfortable in taking responsibility for and driving your own initiatives.
- A willingness to engage directly with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- A desire to learn and question the status quo.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.

WOW-factor

- Experience in B2B SaaS applications.
- A strong portfolio with some great work and excellent presentation skills.
