Our client need their engineers to understand their customers, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems as we continue to push the technology forward. Now they are looking for you, their next co-worker, to join them and take on an assignment lasting 6 months with possibilities that the assignment is extended.

This assignment is a consultant assignment, which means that Academic Work will be your employer and you will be working for our client in Stockholm. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Our client’s media domain is growing and therefore you will be an important part to build an affiliate reporting system to support commercial efforts and optimization. As an engineer, you will work with setting up the architecture of the system and building the integrations for a business critical system that will be used all over the organization.

The work involves:
* Integrating with 15+ different affiliate networks API
* Building monitoring systems for anomaly detection
* Validating and ensuring the accuracy of the network data
* Exposing the data in such a way that other teams can gather insights and use the data.

The programming language used for this system can be either Java or JavaScript and the platform used is AWS.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
For this position it is required that your CV is in English.

* Have excellent communication skills
* Have 3-5 years relevant working experience with backend development
* Have a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
* Have knowledge in REST APIs
* Have experience with Java or JavaScript
* Have experience with databases and SQL
* Have experience with Docker, Git and AWS

It is also meritorious if you have:

* Experience working with adtech and/or affiliate
* Experience with building data heavy systems.
* Experience with Kafka
