Software Developer Embedded/.NET

Digital Dividend provides software development and IT consultancy services to its clients worldwide and it has its office in Västerås, Sweden .

We are working with Web, Mobile, VR and IoT solutions. We are now looking for two software developers for our Västerås office, who are well versed and experienced in software development.

Required from the candidate:

Education and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Embedded systems.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands on experience with software development.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge in C# .NET-programming.
• Excellent command over databases (relational and/or NoSQL)
• Knowledge about JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of web front-end development technologies.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)

Personal Skills

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbally.

You'll be involved both in providing support to existing projects and participate in developing new systems. Moreover, when required, you'll be working on client site as a consultant. As a Software Developer at Digital Dividend it is not only required that you have a very good understanding of programming but also good knowledge in software development life cycle in general.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scope and write requirements specifications for new projects.
• Implement and Unit-test new features and solutions.
• Debug, enhance and refactor existing projects.
