QA Lead

You will be part of the global Enterprise organization which focuses on the customer facing components as a key part of our Industrial Analytics & Software Development organization. We strive to work with the right people, technology, and tools available and make sure that you continue to advance in your desired direction.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, approach and execution in agile projects where you will provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance. You will drive and improve the QA team in areas of automated and agile testing. Furthermore, you will:

• Ensure that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.

• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques and test automation.

• Coordinate and monitor all the QA activities, test results, defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement.

• Work with stakeholders and development teams across REP to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.

• Serve as a coach to the development teams.

Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

• You have extensive experience in a leading test role with hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipeline solutions, and experience with BDD requirement analysis.

• Ability to understand product requirement and effectively translate to test deliverables as well as diagnose software failures and trace them to origin.

• Be a champion of frontend engineering with experience in Cypress, Selenium or comparable frontend automation framework.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Certified and experienced with SCRUM/SAFe development process and product development of SaaS and IIoT is advantageous
