Growth Manager

We’re on a digital revolution and now we need your help to grow. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to be in charge of Swiftcourts overall online growth and to build our marketing engine from scratch. We know how much we need to grow to be successful with our quest, now we need you to make sure we reach our goals.

You love things that scale and you can’t find anything more attractive than to build an engine that is completely automated and data driven. But the most important thing for you is to get that feeling, the feeling of results when things starts to grow.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and Analytics; We need you to build our engine based data driven decisions and instant ROI, and that is exactly the things you love.

• Online marketing & PPC; We know our growth targets, help us find the right channels.

• Content marketing; We need web reach. We need explicit content for our users. We need you to reach our users, and provide them.

• Organic growth & SEO; Our users search for us, you need to help the users find what they’re looking for.

• Conversion optimization; Creating and automating the engine is all about defining the funnel, and optimizing it.

• Email marketing; We’re democratizing the legal industry, our users need to be educated and up to date. And we need them to join the movement and engage.

• Test and report; Since your so creative, you love to try out all of your hypothesis, and you love to report the result you’re creating.
