Our services support our customers to ensure that they comply with the driver times legislation. We are responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. In this fantastic team we have a knowledgeable product owner. A manager who coaches and encourages the team. A fantastic team of Business Analyst, UX, Quality Assurance, Full Stack, Front End and Back End developers who together create value for our customers. Together we make things happen. We are now looking for you, who have been working as Tester or Developer for several years but also have a passion to combine that skill with being a Scrum Master.

The role:

Scrum Master activities will be your first priority. You will remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meets or exceeds objectives. Another important piece of your job is to facilitate and prepare daily stand ups, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos and retrospectives. For any actions that comes out of those meetings you make sure that they progress, and you don’t let go until they are closed.

On the technical side, you will be part of our dev ops team as a Tester or Developer depending on your skill set.

It is crucial to understand our customers’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technology and you will regularly communicate with stakeholders on different levels, within and outside the team, to pave the way for efficient work.

Upon this, you will contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, performance and ways of working as part of the scrum process.

Your profile:

Your passion to solve customer needs ensures that you understand how your work is adding value to our customers which of course includes a willingness to chip in were needed, may it be incident handling, testing or other activities. You are a quick learner who easily understand technical solutions, organizational structure and different ways of working. In this team we are curious about everything at work and have a “can do” attitude, solving our challenges together. Making sure to complete each sprint as planned. We would like our new colleague to have this same curiosity and drive, and to be a true team player.

Your personality is your major reason for success, and in addition to this you:

• Are an experienced Tester OR Developer since many years. For Testers: you are used to work with test frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Kibana) and test automation. For Developers: your experience is mainly with Java 11 and Spring or with React.
• Have previous experience working as a Scrum Master or similar and are used to work in a structured way with a strong drive to make things happen without having someone telling you what to do.
• Have been working with Jira and structuring Jira boards and you have experience from agile way of working and are familiar with SAFe.
• Easily establish good relationships with all types of people. With you as a Scrum Master the other team members can focus on developing/testing and rest assured that you will handle risks/impediments. You easily detect obstacles and turn them into opportunities.
• Good communicator and presentation skills
• Have a valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
• You are fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken.
