Assignment Description :

We are looking for a SAP Application Expert with several years of experience from material master solutions in SAP, i.e. configuration of the SAP standard application and definition of functional specifications for enhancements, integrations and data migration.

The Functional Area Base Data scope includes:
? Common Base Data (e.g. Article master, Article Hierarchy, Suppliers, Merchandise Categories etc.)
? Enterprise Structure within Finance, Sales and Logistics (e.g. Company, Planning Market, Retail Store etc.)
Based on:
? SAP ECC for Retail

The position is full time with placement in Stockholm.

Tasks
The primary tasks for the Application Expert are:
? Be a driver for roll out projects including:
o Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings with the business to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
o Data migration/conversion planning and execution
o Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
o Stabilization of solution
? Provide software expertise
? Provide system analysis
? Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements, Integrations and Conversions.
? Have solution overview
? Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
? Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
? Transfer software product knowledge to our customers persons, let them perform system related configuration etc

Specific skills
Mandatory requirements
? More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC
? Thorough understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP ECC, with special focus on:
o Vendor and Customer master
? Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP ECC
? Experience from migration projects
? Experience from large, global organizations
? Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
? Excellent managing of deliverables (?to-do lists?), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
? Possibility to travel

Qualifying :
? Knowledge in SAP ECC for Retail
? Certification in the SAP software products? latest releases
? Business process experience
? Experience and/or understanding of SAP ABAP development
