2 Senior developer to work within Sales Digitization and Transformation

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

Your role
You will work in the transformation journey team at Sales Digitization and Transformation, that is our internal incubator for new concepts and ideas. That means that you will be able to influence tech and solution design all the way from ideation to delivery, but also ideally requires you to be able to take on multiple roles and deliver as a full stack developer.

We are currently expanding our team with 1 Fullstack and 1 Backend developer in the domain of data driven lead generation, an area where the current focus is to automate the renewal process in the truck ownership lifecycle. We are working from backend data product generation, follow data mesh principles, to analytics model development, deployment and lifecycle management, to end customer interactions through frontends end BI reports.

If you are a senior Backend or Fullstack developer we are a perfect match for each other. More important for us, however, is if you are ready to step out of the box and learn and build things that matters.

Your responsibility
We want our teams to be autonomous and agile. As a member of a development team we want you to have a good understanding of the development lifecycle and enjoy producing well-written and clean code with the best possible customer value.

We hope you have the following mindset and competence:

• You are a Senior Backend or Fullstack developer

• You have knowledge working in the AWS cloud environment and you have experience in AWS Security.
• You have experience of building in automation test in your code
• Interested in constantly improving your product
• You never do boring tasks, because you have automated them
• You have no problem with pair- or mob-programming, instead you see it as an opportunity to share and learn new things
• You enjoy working in an agile team and you really understand the meaning of the Agile Manifesto
• You are curious to learn new techniques and skills
• You love to share your knowledge & ideas, coach and help team members.
