Work description:

We believe you are a skilled senior Java Software Developer with at least 3 years of experience as a BE developer. You love being part of a team delivering high quality software and you do this by sharing our belief in the agile values, being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and being eager to learn.

Electronics system development, continuous integration, design discussions, refactoring and pair programming are natural parts of your work. Development tasks can include anything from software design, test automation to debugging software issues.

Our teams are cross-functional and we follow DevOps and Agile practices. You will mainly work in a microservice architecture with Docker and Amazon Web Services.

We work in a global environment and therefore you need to be proficient in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is not a must but it is a big plus.

To succeed in this role you need to be a driven, results-oriented person with good communication skills and the ability to take design decisions based on a long term roadmap.

As a BE developer, you will report to ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions R&D Manager for Backend and Infrastructure.
