We are now recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to Getinge Infection Control in Getinge!
This position represents a key resource in our EMEA Logistics organization, aimed at providing analyst support across multiple areas related to Logistics Information systems, business intelligence and general development initiatives within the scope of the operation. If you have a technical interest and an analytical mindset combined with a strong motivation to coordinate and develop ERP systems supporting processes – this could be an opportunity for you!
The position
The purpose of the role is to ensure efficient usage of our business and logistics information systems and reporting tools throughout the EMEA Logistics organization. You will provide analysis related to project and the different operations in the EMEA Logistics region on regular as well as ad hoc basis.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Design and maintain reports for operational and strategic use, such as pricing analysis, inventory analysis etc in SQL, MS Access, MS Excel or other suitable tool
• Develop super user skills within the main logistics system environments (M3, Primelog, BI reporting tools and EDI set up)
• Support senior management with relevant analytical tasks related to the daily operations, such as inventory management, financial evaluations, tender support, route and network design, etc
• Actively participate in regional and global projects and take ownership of data analysis work streams
• Assume ownership of user tests when implementing system changes to M3, Primelog or other relevant system
• Train and coach regional teams in the use of relevant systems and tools, including M3, Primelog and reporting tools
• Provide guidance and support to regional teams with various system related questions
The ideal candidate
The person we are looking for has in-depth understanding of material planning and ERP-systems and a general understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Some of your key characteristics include:
• University degree in Supply Chain Management/Business
• Minimum 3 years senior user of ERP-systems, preferably in Movex M3 or SAP
• Minimum 3 years of experience from relevant logistics analysis
• Knowledge of BI tools and data reporting tools
• Strong command of written and fluently spoken English and Swedish

You have a great ability to network and to come up with solutions that improve our business that take our Logistics processes to the next level! Lastly, having a structured and analytical mindset together with a keen attention to detail are other key success-factors in the role.
