Robotic Process Automation Developer/Automation Engineer

- Work with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to achieve business outcomes such as cost reduction, capability enhancement, time savings and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Swedbank organization to identify automation opportunities
- Improve and automate business processes by creating virtual robots
- Be responsible for end-to-end automation process, from business analysis support, technical design, script development, testing, deployment to maintenance of deployed releases.

What is needed in this role:
- Great interest in digitalization and improving the way of working within Swedbank
- Experience in designing and deploying automation solutions (Blue Prism and/or UniPath)
- Practical experience with coding languages such as C#, Visual Basic
- Basic knowledge in SQL, HTML, Javascript
- Experience working with APIs, Webservices, Databases
- Experienced user of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Willingness to actively take ownership and manage activities to successful implementation
- Positive attitude and I always want to learn new things mentality
- Being structured and focused on quality
- Good English language skills
- Teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to change
- Analytical thinking
