Patrix is headquartered on a beautifully situated estate in Bäckebol in Gothenburg. In our ambitious plans to develop our applications we are looking for a Linux Systems Administrator / Network Technician. You will work in a small team to maintain existing systems and to set up new ones, as well as handle support requests that come from employees and clients. You will work closely with our talented developers to ensure we build a robust system with high availability. In the future Patrix will be changing the way it hosts its applications and you will be a key person in building that hosting environment.

You are a person who wants to develop professionally, enjoys challenges and problem solving.

Qualifications
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline and/or 3-5 years of proven expertise in:

• Microsoft infrastructure products, such as Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SQL Server
• Good knowledge of Linux, in particular Ubuntu
• Good knowledge in Jboss Application Server
• The necessary knowledge for troubleshooting network issues in switches, DNS, routing, DHCP, firewalls, etc.
• Knowledge of client management. Accustomed to work in an "issue-oriented" manner
• A general interest in technology
• Experience with administrating Oracle databases is an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage

Patrix's customers are international, so fluency in both written and oral English is a requirement, fluent Swedish is an advantage.
