Lime Technologies is looking for a Senior Developer - .ts / .py!

Our collaboration with the product organization is run according to the ShapeUp methodology. A full cycle means 4 weeks of focused work followed by 2 weeks of mixed work, which then also includes planning for the next focus period. Then on to it again. These are stable focus cycles without predefined deadlines. During the focus periods, we work in micro teams of about 3 developers in each group. It all works really well although of course we constantly want to improve this part of the work as well.

The principles we follow are to be pragmatic and test-driven when we build. Quality is of the utmost importance. We mix new techniques and more proven methods. The problem determines which solution is best suited. It is a nice mix of freedom, responsibility and of course having fun along the way.

In a dream world, you have worked within our technology stack (it is secondary) at a product company for so long that you feel ready to take a more leading appearance in the team. It does not necessarily mean formal leadership, but if you feel ready for it, we are happy to support you in that direction. We assume that you share our view on quality and the importance of testability. We believe that you are a good sounding board and can come up with your own ideas for problem solving of various kinds.

Except from education, having the right attitude is more important than anything else. We have a strong belief in the importance of a solid engineering education as a basis.
