Senior Cloud Data Platform Developer to TietoEVRY

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Data Platform Developer to join our Analytics & Data Management team helping our customers with the digital transformation.

About the role

Your task with us is to help our customers with the digital transformation, where you will plan and develop cloud transformation for our clients with cloud technologies. Your task with us is to drive customer dialogues within the data and analytics area. Furthermore, you will work with the development of customers’ cloud data platform solutions, working with pipeline, visualization, and machine learning related development, including design and development of customer data management and advanced analytics solutions. Your responsibilities include development for selected delivery activities with our customers.

The Analytics & Data Management team consists of recognized professionals in the fields of data science, data engineering, and architecture, data transformation advisory, security, and software development. We are a team of 55 talented, forward-looking, and self-driven experts. With us you get to work with, for example, Big Data, Machine Learning, Cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake, and Apache Spark. The Swedish Analytics & Data Management team is based in Stockholm and Jönköping, but the geographical location for this role is flexible in Sweden.

Furthermore, you have good communication skills and the ability to work independently with the customer representative. To succeed in this role, you should have;

- Several years of experience in working in key technical roles in complex Cloud based Data & Analytics SW development projects
- Experience working with cloud environments, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Azure is preferred
- You are familiar with the Swedish market within the Data & Analytics area
- You are fluent in English and preferable also Swedish

It is beneficially if you have;

- Understanding of Public, Private, & Hybrid Cloud Strategies
- Experience and working knowledge of Virtualization, Networking, Data Center, and Security
- Have a conceptual understanding of Automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Hands-on experience working with data modelling and data integrations 
- Cloud-computing infrastructure experience 
- SW development experience related to the major big data solutions like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Databricks, Spark, and Kafka
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently with the customer representative
