About the department - Core System Software  
We have come to an important step in the development of our new software-centric platform. In our part of the R&D, we code the base software on the Core Computer to refine computational power and to enable successful integration with applications. Our teams work in an agile manner organized according to SAFe to be able to quickly adjust to changing requirements.  
We work with an a-state-of-the-art embedded multiprocessor environment from Nvidia including hypervisors, Linux, QNX, Rust, Robot Framework, and other modern technologies.

Role specifics  
As Product owner for Core System Platform for test and validation hardware you will support two teams related to building and planning rig HW need as well as rig SW deployment, automation and monitoring. To enable fast developer feedback and secure quality we operate a CI pipeline with a large HIL rig fleet. We are continuously building and developing rigs to support demand within ART Core System Platform.
As a product owner you will maximize value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the Team backlogs from a business perspective and customer perspective. You will be responsible for two teams with approximately seven team members in each team. You are the technical leader for the products and deliveries in your teams. You drive the team vision and direction, short- and long-term of the product together with the team and relevant stakeholders.
You coordinate content dependencies with other Product Owners and Participate as a member of the Product Management team, review, and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.

Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can lead through people and teams, who listen and is motivated by creating new solutions together with cross-functional teams. This person is creative, communicative, analytical, and driven by finding new ways forward by leading and supporting teams in delivering new solutions that give value.
* Leadership experience from working with HIL rigs
* Experience with automation and testing in CI environment
* Strategic and delivery mindset
* Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and/or English
* High communicational and cooperation skills
* Experience in SW and HW development and setting up technical roadmaps
* Experience in Python, GIT, Ansible and Azure experience is meritorious
