Vattenfall IT needs a Solution Designer that is passionate about software development. You will work in a cross-functional agile DevOps team with fellow Software engineers to solve complex technical problems and enhancing our customer's online experience

Your responsibilities as Solution Designer

You will use your in-depth knowledge about the product technical setup and usage of a product to continuously iterate and deliver on product improvements together with your peers and Product Owner. You will be facilitating collaboration with engineers, product owners, and UX designers to translate requirements to user stories into technical solutions.

Your focus will be to enable the best solution design and technology to be implemented from an end-to-end customer experience perspective. You will be using and advocating modern agile software development methodologies with good standard practices in your team and our developer communities.  

To fit this role

You understand how to translate product and business goals into technical solutions, enjoy teamwork and it's easy for you to communicate and explain simplified complexity.  You have a University degree in Information Technology and Engineering or similar and of course speak English and Swedish fluently both oral and written. You are also open-minded, unprejudiced, solution-oriented, and patient in nature.

You ideally have good knowledge in:

• Angular (version 9 and up)
• HTML5
• CSS
• TypeScript
• Azure DevOps
• Git & Gitflow
• MS Azure
• MS Visual Studio

 It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of:

• C# (.NET Framework + .NET Core)
• EPiServer
• SonarQube and PowerShell
