Senior Backend Developer (Java)

We're looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our development team. We're making Gridly, a SaaS based content management system used by leading game developers such as Rovio, Pokemon, Bethesda and more.

Join us, you will be able to:

• Involve in architectural design of the whole system
• Design and develop particular services / components from scratch
• Explore and apply latest technology to solve critical challenges

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years with professional enterprise Java development
• Java 8, RESTful APIs
• AWS experience
• Knowledge and interest in DevOps
• Strong at in-memory and relational databases (MariaDB)
• Caching technology (Redis)
• Tools including Docker, Maven, Git
• Experience with microservices architect, service communication and system integration
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spring Cloud stack (JHipster), AWS is a huge advantage
• Nice to have prior experience with security of enterprise systems
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Great if you have experience from the games industry
