Service Reliability Engineers

Since early 2000, we have supported our clients on a fixed number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non-Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems telecommunication, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for Service Reliability Engineers.

Job description:

You will join a DevOps team to work with cloud technology services for monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Kibana, Grafana). You will need good understanding of ITIL, DevOps and agile methods. You will also program using Java, Python and perl. SQL Scripting will also be part of the work. OnCall duty will be required.

We are looking for open minded and flexible persons that enjoys working under challenging and changing conditions. Our customer work with strong customer focus and understanding of business processes.

Needed Competence:

• AWS (or similar functionality from other cloud providers. The serverless mindset)
• Programming experience (Java, Python or similar)
• Scripting and automation experience
• DevOps experience with focus on Ops
• Observability (AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, or similar)
• CloudFormation (alternatively AWS CDK experience or other infrastructure-as-code framework such as Terraform)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to share know-how and collaborate with others
• Fluent English skills, in both speech and writing

• Linux Experience
• Agile methodologies
• SAFe framework experience
• ITIL experience
