UX Designer to our Product Development Team

New role at Tacton!

Key operational responsibilities

As a member of our cross-functional and agile Product Development team you will engage to create fantastic designs for our clients. You will influence or B2B SaaS application and will be active part of small developments teams in a dynamic and fast paced organization. This position is based at Stockholm office; Klara Norra Kyrkogata 33.

- Facilitate the overall design process alongside developers, POs and PMs
- Lead necessary design activities on a project basis such as workshops, design sprints and similar team-based activities.
- Communicate design ideas and recommendations to concerned stakeholders within the organization
- Validate and ensure high-quality solutions and implementation of the provided design.
- Drive customer interaction and ensure that design solutions are evaluated against customer needs and requirements.
- Assist in scaling good design practices across the organization by providing principles, guidelines and other documentation.

Key skills required

We believe you have:

2-4 years of experience in design works

Experience from software design, web based and desktop-based systems

Expertise with at least one of following design tools; Figma, Adobe XD, Invision or Axure

Knowledge about web technologies as HTML, CSS and Java Script

Experience from online collaboration tools as Miro and/or Mural or similar
