Just For The Win is a software development company that creates great gaming content with a focus on video slots for mobile and desktop in the free to play and online gambling market. We aim to shape the content players play online.

We are looking for an awesome HTML5/JavaScript Engineer who is passionate about making games. You will work close to Artists, Testers and Stakeholders to prototypes, build and maintain our games. You will be involved in the whole game development life-cycle; Design, Develop, Test, Release and Maintain.

All Applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Develop new game features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize game and framework for speed, maintainability and quality
• Analyzing and solving development and production problems
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, ES6 and CSS3
• Experience in TypeScript
• An advocate for unit testing and TDD
• Experience and interest in code quality practices
• Experience of working with large and complex projects
• Experience from working in an Agile/Scrum development
• Fluent in English

We value

• Canvas and WebGL experience
• Hands-on experience in game development
• Knowledge in building applications both for mobile and desktop browsers
• Understanding of the entire build and release chain, from code to final product
• Experience in automation techniques and tools
• Experience with versioning tools, such as Bitbucket
• University degree in Computer Science or similar
• Being a decent human (or cyborg)
