About the job

We are looking for a Technical Writer & Coordinator to join our Product department as part of Product Configuration. The Technical Writer & Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and developing product literature for our Energy Storage solutions. As a Technical Writer & Coordinator your focus will be to continuously develop, improve, and maintain our technical documentation. In addition, you will support in defining how to best structure technical documentation in a scalable way. We see that you have a strong track record in creating technical documentation/information that is more than just text and images, using other platforms and channels.

The position is based at our HQ in Kista.

Responsibilities:

Update, improve, standardize, and maintain technical documentation

Work with creating a scalable document structure

Partake in product development projects and be responsible to develop technical literature

Create technical sales material upon demand, such as Datasheets

Maintain and update current documentation as needed

Coordinate tech writer consultants and illustrators and prioritize their work

Be the point of contact for all product literature developments and improvements

Qualifications and experience:

- Previous experience from a technical writer role
- Engineering degree or similar
- Experience from energy systems, batteries or power systems is beneficial
- Used to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in 3D CAD modeling software and the Adobe suite such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience and interest in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Great communication skills, fluent in English (technical English), both spoken and written
- Swedish work permit
