UCG 102605 Engineer Devops Cloud

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant role

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.

Education/training

Our roles require a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role:

- experience as Devops Cloud engineer, specifically:

-Experience of scripting in Bash and Python, as well as the ability to adapt to new languages

-Professional experience in Terraform and Ansible

-A strong background with Linux, Ansible and Terraform on AWS

-Experience with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies

-PostgreSQL (RDS and/or normal clustered configuration)Ok

-Network skills including VPNs, routing, load balancers and firewall

-Knowledge of high availability systems, security and scaling

Working language: English

Qualifying requirements:

-Windows/Linux support

-OpenStack

About the position

-As DevOps Engineer you will primarily develop and administer the server/network infrastructure for running the company SaaS products.

-Jointly responsible for developing and administering the server/network infrastructure

-Maintenance, installation/upgrade projects, backups

Monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation of all systems and well as some system support

-Scripting in Bash and Python

-Automation of AWS using Terraform and Ansible
