Scrum Master - Android Platform

HaleyTek is a joint venture between Volvo Cars and ecarx. We’re on a mission to develop software for Android-based Infotainment systems, for current and future Volvo and Polestar models. We will also make this software available for other brands, mainly within the Geely group. Our focus is on the platform software that enables navigation, media, voice assistants and other services to run on cutting-edge hardware. Quite simply, we want to change the world.
If you want to develop Infotainment SW together with big players like Google, Volvo and Geely Group but keep the startup setup of a company, you will feel right at home with us.

Our Platform teams develop and integrate low-level software modules for upcoming Android Infotainment head units. Among other things, the teams are in charge of bringing up new hardware, developing device-drivers and low-level software modules running on QNX, performance optimisation and debugging.

We are now looking for a Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master you the organiser, the optimiser and guardian of the team. Where other see chaos you see a potential flow optimisation. You translate your flow vision superpowers to data and visual facilitation to guide the team into their development journey.

You and your skills

You are a mentor, a facilitator, a coach, a servant leader. You care about people and also productivity. In the past you have worked leading an agile team, have created your own vision of agile work and you are ready to implement it, leading the team to productivity awesomeness by unleashing their full potential.
