Tasks and responsibilities:

In this position your main tasks are designing, coding test, troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and delivering backend data service written in Java and Go. You help drive architectural directions and decisions. You will be working with a platform which is designed to deliver an end-to-end data analytics pipeline delivering real-time information designed to trigger immediate actions. Your day contains both independent work and close collaboration with other Software Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• 2-4 years or more of software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of Java and/or Go
• Comfortable working with MongoDB
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Swedish is meritorious
• Knowledge of NodeJS, JavaScript and React is meritorious

To be successful in this position you are a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working in a team environment but also have the capacity to work independently with a focus on expected deliveries. Working with troubleshooting motivates you and you see solutions rather than problems. Furthermore, you are skilled in communication and it comes naturally to you to have well-functioning communication both internally and externally.
