UX Designer for client within automotive industry

Project description:

Dedicated scrum team including competencies to cover business analysis, development, testing, UX design, content development and roll-out

Working closely together with other team members delivering towards Salesforce connected projects to identify and act upon synergies and add value

Project phases to be covered: All phases from ideation and conceptualisation to implementation

Wanted outcome:

• To enable simple & efficient management of the customer’s account, connected users & services.

• Enable a 360° view of the customer and related products & services.

• Provide easy & seamless access to dealer services

• Provide actionable & proactive information and insights across the complete customer journey.

• Deliver an intuitive & engaging portal experience.

Previous experience - prerequisite:

Experience as UX / Interaction Designer with some UI skills (limited graphic deliveries - more focus on architecture, structure and understanding how to support the ambition towards delivering a great customer portal)

Strong concept and visualisation skills.

Experience of web developments, responsive design, agile and scrum

Previous experience - desired:

Experience of designing on the Salesforce platform (out of the box capabilities, configuration possibilities etc)

Experience in the area of customer validation and CRM would also be beneficial

Construction / Transportantion / Automotive industry experience, large organisations, premium brands.

Understand, interpret and visualise data in a structured way

Experience of complex and critical applications

Tools and required level of expertise:

Expert user in Figma, Adobe suite and XD and Microsoft office

Portfolio:

Prerequisite to have a well developed portfolio to show.

Personality:

Critical thinker, strong communicator, confident presenter (concept and design reviews), strong collaborator, own drive and ability to also work independently of others. Passionate about premium user experience and well developed business acumen.
