Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We’re a global team of approx. 26 000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6 000 in Group Supply and 5 000 in Service Area Networks. Together we build future-proof, scalable network architectures in an industry that is constantly on the move. Join the team who is responsible for Radio Product Integration, we are now seeking 2 new team members

You will

  • Secure and optimize the radio unit’s functionality and RF performance to be as good as possible.
  • Work in teams mastering radio product components in an Agile environment.
  • Work in an international surrounding and cooperating with our colleges in various countries is our daily business.
  • Take care of sophisticated and exciting issues originating from the manufacturing of our products all the way to customer issues in the field.
  • Work with all radio types such as Remote Radio, HB AAS, and MB AAS , including radio standards GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR.
  • Be responsible for craft and maintain the RUX test system used for radio design globally.
  • Have access to our well-equipped Integration lab and do hands-on work with RF equipment and OTA chambers.
  • Work with the latest tools and products within Telecom, it will give a phenomenal network at Ericsson especially within I&V, production, and design

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • RF and radio knowledge such as RF measurement technics, instrument handling, wireless systems, and Digital Signal Analysis
  • Basic programming skills (C#, MATLAB, Vee)
  • Self-motivation with an outstanding ability to learn, share, and to support.
  • Flexibility and innovation skills
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing
