The implementation department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of management products to airline customers and to make sure that they deliver customer-oriented solutions. You will be part of a skilled team of developers that solve some of the most challenging optimisation problems in the world.

As a Software Application Developer you will work closely with clients and customise the application to their business environment. We are looking for a developer with strong communication skills, both inside a team and towards clients, who can explain decisions and technical solutions in a pedagogical and confident way.

The company work according to Scrum and SAFe. The successful candidate is good at dealing with technical challenges and programming tasks as well as handling client expectations and building long-term customer relations.

Your tasks will include:

• Understanding the client’s needs and how to realise their requirements and how to customise the software
• Optimisation modelling/tuning
• Verifying and testing
• Continuously explore how to improve and increase the value proposition to clients.

Background and experience requirements:

• Programming experience
• Experienced with Unix / Linux environment
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Willingness to travel
• Experience working within a Scrum team or in similar agile project setup such as SAFe
• Experience with the following is a plus: Python, XML, Java, Erlang, Haskell
