UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience from Product development and verification process, preferably from both SW and HW products.
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with preferably 3-5 years’ experience.
• Knowledge and working experience of: - C# - .NET Core, .NET Framework , SQL Server, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, Azure Data Factory for integration / import
Working language: English
Wanted competence
• Experience from building integrations
• Experience from software and hardware engineering principles
• Knowledge of sharing data through different interfaces using MQ, synchronous Web services, Publish/Subscribe messaging
• Knowledge of software engineering practices including test automation, DevOps, code versioning, with knowledge and experience of using industry standard toolsets
• Pedagogical skills as support and training for tool users is part of the responsibilities
About the position:
• You will be part in an agile DevOps team, that is providing a System Design, requirement and Test Management tool (on SystemWeaver platform), used for Product Creation. We want you to contribute to identifying needs within Test Management, performing proof of concepts and implementing new functionality in the tool.
Main responsibilities
• Develop Test Management tool in alignment with incremental development and Requirement handling of System Design.
• Develop new features in Test Management Tool iteratively.
• Proactively strive for a tool architecture with superior maintainability.
• Support the team with analyzing requirements and pinpoint architectural challenges
