The result of this is a lost focus of the customer. They have structured products without asking themselves the question: What does our customer want?

We are setting out to change one of the most traditional markets in Sweden! We are going to provide over 2,5 million Swedish mortgage holders a service on their own terms, designed for an enlightened generation that does not want to go in to the local bank office and negotiate with a junior bank sales person to be able to get a mortgage.
We are going to create the online mortgage solution and we need help from Swedens best developer to succeed.

Responsibilities
Joining our team as head developer means starting from scratch building the new online solution for our service. You will have much freedom in your work and possibility to work with the latest and most up-to-date systems (more or less of your own choice).

You will be asked to build a system that is safer, quicker, more elegant and more user friendly than all the banks online banking services but without old technical heritage from the dawn of the internet. You, together with the team that you will build, will do it right from the beginning. You will be the link between the developers and the management team, who at the same time is structuring the underlying service offering to be implemented in the solution.

You will start as our first developer and together with one half of the founding-duo set out the scematics for the development. Soon you will take over the full responsibility and lead a team of 2-3 developers over the coming year, in building an online mortgage solution to be enjoyed by thousands of Swedish households.

We’re not just looking for a developer, we are looking for a DEVELOPER WITH A MORTGAGE and who is deadly tired of the Swedish banks and their non-existing customer service. We need someone who, like us, passionately want to change something that is outdated, and who has the skill to do it.

Requirements
As you probably understand by now we need a full-stack developer. Soon we will be able to hire more specialized frontend/backend etc., but as head of development you need to have your head around it all!
• Experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and node.js in particular)
• Experience of building underlying data base structures (MongoDB, My SQL etc.)
• Experience of responsive UX designing and scaling of web apps to handle large amounts of traffic
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating front end and back end developments
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, featuring the above
