We´re looking for a Junior/senior Digital Specialist

Our client is a global organisation that supports more than 40 countries around the world. The Digital Specialists plays a very important role in being the bridge between the business users and the central IT organisation.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist our client in Responsibility and tasks includes among other things:
Act as super-user for the web tools (e.g. training and supporting business users in Content Management tools)
Doing global configurations of the websites
Deploying global content (images, text, video)
Assist in analysing and solving incidents and problems
Participate in verification and rollout of new or updated features
Create and maintain documentation
Take an active role in proposing improvements to both processes and systems

You will be employed directly by our client in Helsingborg. Working hours are business hours Monday - Friday.

Requirements:The consultant shall have the following profile:
Knowledge:
Knowledge and general interest in internet tools and best practices
Knowledge and general interest in web media and content
Knowledge and general interest in web technology (e.g. html, javascript, css, responsive web design etc.)

Experience in:
Hand-on experience of a Web Content Management System (CMS).

Other:
A doer with strong drive
Eager to learn new tools and solutions
Analytical and strong interest in solving problem
Good communication skills with ability to explain and train people in use of the business tools (e.g. CMS)
Ability to be fast and accurate in entering new information into the systems
Positive team-player
