Then we really think you should apply to Talent Program. Your work As an App Developer you will be part of a squad together with other developers from different disciplines. Together you are responsible for a digital service/solution in an agile DevOps setup. You will also be working closely with other senior app developers and sharing knowledge while learning. You will work in native language of the platform, meaning SWIFT towards iOS and JAVA/KOTLIN towards Android. As a talent during the program you will have your own mentor and receive coaching, training courses and establish a professional network with each other. All talents during the program will also complete a project together where you can utilize each other’s competence and diverse background.
