Who we are

Swiftcourt’s platform was launched in 2017 and is helping some of the best and biggest online classifieds in Europe become transaction-focused and data-driven. Together, we’re creating the peer-to-peer transaction of tomorrow. So far, we’ve helped over 980,000 buyers and sellers make a safe deal on the marketplaces we work with. With a mindblowing user rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, we’re looking to take the next steps towards making complex transactions smooth as a pancake for end users. This includes improving our one of a kind escrow payment solution, and improving how users can buy insurance quick and easy with just one click.

What we can offer you

As a frontend developer you will be a central part of our team, responsible for making our product come to life. You’ll work closely with BAs and other stakeholders, as well as our team of backend- and fullstack engineers to together build functionality related to clever contracts, escrow payments and sales of value-added services. You’ll get the chance to work on a varied set of projects where every month is different to the next. If you’re the outgoing type, there are opportunities to work directly towards our marketplace partners to help them build custom services for their users on our platform.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities will range from making improvements to already launched products and features, to helping us build completely new ones. You’ll join a fast-paced environment where it’s important to think on your feet, but where you also get the chance to see your work have direct impact both on end users and on your colleagues. We operate a flat hierarchy where every voice counts; especially yours.

Today, we’re sitting on a big AngularJs-based system, so it’s important that you’re comfortable working with this toolset. However, we’ll soon start to build version 2.0 of our platform. As we do, we’ll start to progress to more modern tools and micro front-ends - a journey that we’d love your help on.

Who we think you are

You’ve worked at a startup before and know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment where what’s considered top priority can differ greatly from one month, week, or even day to another. You enjoy “wearing different hats”, i.e. taking on tasks of varying nature, and are a true team player. From planning to production – you have experience in starting up projects and seeing them through.

What we need you to know

• You know your HTML / CSS, JavaScript and JSON as well as your own pocket
• You’re an experienced user of Webpack or similar building tools
• You have extensive experience working with AngularJs
• You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a frontend developer and have built SPA and SSR from scratch
• You’re used to working closely with BAs and other stakeholders to translate tasks and projects to highly effective products
• As it’s our company language, you can write and speak English on a high level

The position is full-time and our office is located in Malmö. However, we love flexibility as much in our work as we do in our platform. Therefore, remote work is not a problem, but we all try to be at the office at least 3 days a week to enhance cooperation.
