Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Scrum Master & Software Developer working in a multinational team working with Agile Scrum practices. The team that you will be Scrum Master in are responsible developing and maintaining the embedded software for our customer.
You will be employed by Randstad Technologies and be a part of our Software consultant team.

Responsibilities
The team’s responsibilities include all stages of the software life cycle from planning, requirement analysis, software and system design, implementation and testing, integration, and verification to continuous improvement.
As a team you will on a day-to-day basis interact with other product development and continuous integration teams. Your team, along with a handful of other teams, develops software for Microwave Radio Link products that enable global connectivity for millions of people around the world

Qualifications
Are you interested? Then you are someone with the following competences (from most to least important):
· Strong competence and experience working as a Scrum Master
· C++ 11, C++ 17
· Strong Testing Competence
· Test Driven Development
· Unit, Component, Functional and System Testing
· CI and Quality
If you also have the following competences (or certificates), then that is a plus:
· Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance Scrum Master certification
· Java
· Docker
· Google Test
· Git and Gerrit
