Job Description

In this role as Lead Architect, you will be part of the product team Triggered Communication within Customer Engagement. Customer Engagement works with engaging users connecting with H&M Group through personalization, relevance, and customized communication. With over 130 million members, we have one of the biggest loyalty programs and customer base in the world!

We are looking for an experienced architect to join our team. Triggered Communications is a product working with personalized and automated content and communication. We aim to create a personal shopping experience on a global level, communicating the right thing to the right customer at the right time. By listening closely to needs and expectations we are solving customer problems with a mindset of sustainable and meaningful growth.

Responsibilities

You will play a leading role in the product architecture - helping the team with software quality and take personal ownership of product deliveries. You will seek ways to shift its design into a cloud enabling microservices architecture and establish a holistic view of how the solution adds value to the business.

Some of your daily work includes:

• Be part of a multi-competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value
• Participate in solution design
• Hands-on coding and development to support the user journey
• Help define and design new customer communication architecture
• Support teams with implementing secure microservices

Qualifications

As a Lead Architect at H&M Group we believe that you can lead architectural practices and present alternative solutions and technical choices. To do this, we think you have an innovative mindset, are creative and have great communication skills. We also see that you have:

• Programming skills in Java, SpringBoot
• Experience in architecture & software design patterns
• Experience of designing and developing APIs, microservices, and system integration architecture
• Experience in Cloud environment
• Experience in CI/CD, containerization, and test automation

It is beneficial if you have:

• Experience working with integrations

This is a full-time position with placement in Stockholm.
