Job Description

In this role as Software Architect, you will be part of the product team Brand Loyalty within Customer Attraction. In this area we build loyalty and customer engagement for all brands within the H&M group. Brand Loyalty build loyalty programs for our portfolio brands.

Responsibilities

You will play a leading role in the product architecture - helping the team with software quality and take personal ownership of product deliveries. You will seek ways to shift its design into a cloud enabling microservices architecture and establish a holistic view of how the solution adds value to the business.

Some of your daily work includes:

• Be part of a multi-competent product team having the full responsibility to identify and create business value
• Participate in solution design
• Hands-on coding and development
• Dialogue with business stakeholders
• Use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative designs
• Seek opportunities to automate, document and improve processes

The technologies that the team is working with is Java, Spring Boot, React.js, HTML, Hybris, AEM and Azure.

Qualifications

As a Software Architect at H&M Group we believe that you can lead architectural practices and present alternative solutions and technical choices. To do this, we think you have an innovative mindset, are creative and have great communication skills. We also see that you have:

• Programming skills in Java
• Experience in architecture & software design patterns
• Experience of designing and developing APIs, microservices, and system integration architecture
• Experience in Cloud (Azure), CI/CD, containerization, and test automation
• Experience working in a B2C environment

It is beneficial if you have:

• Experience working as full-stack developer with JavaScript – React/Java
