Role and Responsibilities

If you like to pay attention to details, enjoy managing complex technical information, and thrive in working with various teams and functions, then this is the role for you! Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and develop technical datasheets, catalogues, installation instructions & user manuals, ensuring all information is in line with the overall communication strategy and guidelines.
• Work with global R&D teams & local markets to optimize the data collection process and accuracy.
• Implement technical data on new products & product changes in product information management tools - CCMS/PIM.
• Ensure global implementation of technical information, working with & coordinating with local markets to implement local info in CCMS/PIM.
• Prepare technical files for local use following branding & layout guidelines.
• Maintain & support IMI Hydronic Engineering’s online product information.

Your profile

In order to succeed in this role we believe that you are:

• Organized, with a keen eye for details needed to manage technical information
• Experienced from similar technical information work or have an engineering background.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Responsible to follow set targets, strategy & process.
• Fluent in technical & conversational English.
• A good communicator with interpersonal & organizational skills.

Skills in Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat is a merit and so is knowledge in German or French.
As a person you are a bit stubborn and have the ability to independently and with self-drive manage your work efficiently and thoroughly. We believe that you are a team player with a sense of humor and a sincere interest in technology.
