About the role:

You and your colleagues will be involved in designing and organizing how the development work for our new business system is to be conducted. You get an important role with many contacts both within Ragn-Sell's IT department, with the business and with external partners.

A normal working day for you can involve working meetings with colleagues from the business, system administrators and our architects to define the development work. This may involve planning activities in Azure DevOps and following up on work performed by our partners. We believe that the service will also mean opportunities for you to continue as a developer.

Organizationally, you will belong to the D365 Development team where you will be assisted by a number of unpretentious colleagues who work with solution development.

Who are you?

You have an academic education or equivalent work experience with a focus on system development and business systems, preferably also previous experience of a tech lead role or are an experienced system developer with the ambition to take a tech lead role.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

•       Have technical and advisory skills

•       Have at least 5 years of experience in development and integration with ERP systems

•       Have a system developer background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

•       Manage development in X++, code check-in, etc.

•       Have an agile mindset

•       Have a good ability to communicate in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

•       If you also have system developer experience in Azure and .Net, ITIL understanding or even architectural skills is the merit
