Software Engineer / AB Tester

We are looking for an experienced strategic UX/UI designer who can support ongoing project work with a value proposition to concept translation, concept development, and concept execution.

The scope of the work:

• You will be part of the Digital Experience Design Strategy & Research team and will collaborate with strategic XD and XD Researchers on different initiatives explore how the many could meet & enabled by digital solutions.
• The work will entail an in-depth exploration of future XD concepts through the analysis of customer needs and future market landscape, to explore concrete designs and experience
• concepts that span across product, service, and brand and showcase future customer and co-worker experiences.
• The output of the work experiences design prototypes and other highly engaging artifacts and communication materials that showcase
• the experience vision and help make the future (digital) experiences tangible and real for others in the Organisation

Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills, etc.:

• Seasoned designer with 10+ years of experience working on digital solutions and/or services
• In-depth experience (3+ years) with the strategic design process
• Experience with exploring and articulating future user experiences
• Ability to translate customer needs/insights into concrete designs
• Ability to bridge perspectives of product, service, and brand
• Strong in visual design execution & visualizing concepts
• Ability to create narratives for the design work
• Proficient in working in a highly collaborative team where different design skills come together
• Drive human-centered design methods and approaches
