WHAT YOU WILL DO   

As 2nd line Support Specialist you will (among other things):

- Provide 2nd line support in Microsoft environment - focusing on Office 365. You will provide support to our global organisation - with remote as well as onsite support at local sites - using Freshservice for documentation and communication.

- Work with administration interfaces in Office 365. Primarily Exchange, End point and Azure Active Directory.

- Work with On-prem solutions as well as Application Servers.

- Manage and provide solutions to incidents and problems, concerning software and hardware (including telephony). You will troubleshoot, primarily on client level.

- Work with Jamf for our macOS and iOS clients.

- Provide technical support in on-boarding processes.

- Powershell scripting, occasionally

- Support other workplace related activities and processes

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help. 

You will be a part of our Infrastructure and Operations team at our Business Technology Department. You will be based in Malmö/Landskrona and work with onsite support on these sites as well as globally remote. The role may also include onsite support on other local sites in Skåne.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

- 3+ years experience from similar role

- General good IT-knowledge, including troubleshooting experience

- Good knowledge in Office 365 and experience from working with administrative interfaces (such as Exchange, Endpoint and Azure AD) as well as On-Prem solutions and Application Servers.

- Good understanding of IT service delivery and experience from working according to ITIL and handle documentation and communication with users in a good way.

- Experience from Autopilot/Jamf and managing these in corresponding systems.

- Experience from Windows server and Proxyclick

- Powershell scripting knowledge

- You are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written

It's a plus if you have:

- Certification in MS, MD 100, MD 101 or similar

- Knowledge of TCP/IP

- Experience from working in a fast-moving everchanging environment

- Post-secondary education within IT
