Assignment description

For the Disputes/Returns teams, the main priority is ensuring consumers and merchants are offered the best dispute experience every step of the way. From self service in the Klarna App and clear consumer communication, to top notch internal processes and merchant tooling throughout all Klarna markets - we
never lose our vision out of sight. As an Analyst you will be at the heart of our mission. You will support our teams with the optimisation of our products by providing insightful analysis. One of the main reasons why our teams are able to provide excellent customer service experience is because of the close collaboration with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics and other Support teams.

Tasks and responsibilities

Create structure in disordered information/data
Manipulate and explore data
Analyse problems to understand their root cause
Design and implement strategies in a rapidly evolving industry
Generate insights and recommendations
Communicate insights and recommendations

Required Skill-set

A technical person with good knowledge of SQL.
Previous experience working with QlikSense or similar BI tools is a plus.
Great attention to detail, understands, and values that details make all the difference
A communicative person who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the team on complex topics
You love to work in a fast-paced environment
Having a data-driven approach to problem-solving as well as taking business constraints into account

Nice to have

Strong attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
Significant drive and ambition
Strong conceptual ability
Preferably an understanding for how to perform data extraction and manipulation, as well as programming
languages is a plus (SQL, R, Python, MatLab, Java, C# etc…)
