Your role as a IT Manager Innovation and Digitalization Strategy is to lead, influence and support the business on a global level. The position is located in Gothenburg.
As one of the key roles within the Office of the CIO, the IT Manager, Innovation and Digitalization Strategy will:
Act as an evangelist for innovation for SCA IT – keeping up with the latest trends and thinking across innovative technologies and translating these into actionable insights for the SCA business
Identifying best practice in IT Innovation across the organization and ensuring that this is captured, codified and shared globally
Drive the transformation of SCA IT across the IT Operating Model dimensions (organization, governance and processes) to be best positioned to create and support innovative IT business services
Input into the overall SCA IT Strategy and vision, from an innovation and digitalization perspective
Act as the “go-to” person for IoT (Internet of Things) insight, advice and support to Categories and SCA Business Units – using subject matter expertise to provide advice to the business in the early phases of projects, shaping them, and generally acting as a sounding board and advisor to business leads
Take a holistic view; helping the business understand how the digitalization cuts across our operational units, our supplier base and our customers.
Influence and support projects pertaining to IoT
A professional who applies depth of expertise to a progressively widening scope of situations and experiences, gaining competence, adopting new perspectives, building relationships and crossing organizational boundaries.
5+ years’ experience mix of IT Management & Technology exploration, ideally focused on FMCG businesses, or significant exposure working on Innovation initiatives in IoT / embedded systems areas.
