Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you are expected to take part in all phases of the software development lifecycle, design, development, test, release and maintenance and translate business needs into working software. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation

You would be responsible for the cloud strategy of the product and architecture, development and deployment of the development, setting the development guidelines and creating a robust and scalable framework for the product and area.

Qualifications

You will oversee the software engineers in the Customer Care product area and manage their expectations. You would be their staff responsible and help them with their development, growth, training and other staff responsibilities.

You will also be a part of a small cross-functional and cross-competent team with great opportunity to impact a big organization. You will be responsible for the design, development and architecture of the cloud backend solution of the inStore Care product. The product has the potential to reach all of the store customers of H&M and also push H&M to a world of Omni sales and a better customer service in stores.

Responsibilities

  • Having a total of 10-13 years experience in full stack development
  • Experience of 2-3 years in leading and managing a team of 10-15 people. Experience in people management and leading a team of high performing fullstack, Frontend or backend engineers.
  • Strong coding skills in JAVA, Sprigboot or Javascript based technologies.
  • Backend development experience with JAVA, Sprintboot or NodeJS
  • Front end development experience with Reactjs development (including Redux), AngularJS, jQuery, Typescript, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3 etc.
  • Experienced in Azure DevOps and/or pipeline setups
  • Experience and knowledge of API design and REST architecture
  • Experience in Cloud based developments, containerization, SaaS, PaaS etc. and other cloud native features. Experience with Azure is a plus.
  • Experienced in agile software development practices (automated testing, mob/pair programming, CI/CD etc.)
  • Beneficial to have experience with customer facing sites, ideally retail and ecommerce. Ideal if there’s experience with large enterprises and high-volume solutions.
