UCG 122301 Lead Test Developer Göteborg

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant role

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.

Education/training

Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role:

• Web test automation experience

• Used to using test frameworks like Jest and Cypress

• Used to agile methods

• A university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar as well as +5 years of working experience as Agile tester or similar

Wanted competence

• Java, React experience

• Swedish

About the position:

• You will lead, develop and drive the test strategy with focus on agile principles and methodologies.

• You will perform manual tests, develop and maintain automated tests and drive quality aspects in our development life-cycle. You will also play an active part in setting up and improve our clients monitoring of existing services.

• continuously reflect upon how they can improve and drive improvements with your team.

• You need analytical skills and problem-solving experience.

• In the team you will work together with another senior agile test leader as well as developers, scrum master, product owner and UX.
